Account and registration

No. One email address and one national ID number equals one account. We do not permit one person to hold multiple accounts on jptoto. If we detect that a user is operating two or more accounts (via matching email, ID, IP address, payment method, or device), we reserve the right to close all linked accounts and forfeit any balances. This policy protects the integrity of our platform and prevents bonus abuse. If you have multiple email addresses and believe you have accidentally created two accounts, contact our support team immediately; we can assist with merging or removing a duplicate account. Account consolidation is only available before any significant balance has been wagered.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification requires two documents: a valid national ID (such as an Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of address (a utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued letter dated within the last three months). The name and date of birth on your ID must match the information you provided during account registration. We scan and encrypt these documents on our servers. Once we approve your documents (typically within one hour, though verification may take up to 24 hours during peak periods), your account is fully activated and you can deposit and access all games. We do not sell or share your documents; they are retained only for compliance and account recovery purposes.

Visit the login page and click "Forgot your password?" Enter your email address; we send a password-reset link within minutes. Click the link, set a new password (at least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, number, and symbol), and confirm. You are then logged out and must sign in again with your new password. If you do not receive the reset email within subject to verification, check your spam folder or contact [email protected]. For security, we do not reset your password by email request alone; we verify your identity via a time-limited reset link sent to your registered email address only.

Payments and transactions

Yes. We accept deposits via virtual-account transfers from online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment. When you choose bank transfer at deposit, we generate a unique virtual-account number linked to your jptoto account. You then transfer funds from your personal bank account (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment) to our virtual account. The transfer is credited to your jptoto balance within subject to verification. We also accept e-wallet deposits via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet—all of which process within subject to verification. For withdrawals, we return funds to your original payment method; if you deposited via mobile banking, your withdrawal returns to local payment. Virtual-account transfers incur no deposit fee on our side, though your bank may charge a transfer fee depending on your account type.

jptoto does not charge a deposit or withdrawal fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge a transaction fee for the transfer itself—this fee is set by your bank or e-wallet, not by us. For example, some banks charge a small fee for online payment or e-wallet transfers, and some e-wallet providers charge a fee for mobile banking or local payment transfers. These fees are visible in your bank app or e-wallet app before you confirm the transaction. We recommend checking with your bank if you are unsure about their transfer fees. Our platform charges zero fees; any charges you see come from your financial institution.

Withdrawal times depend on your payment method. E-wallet withdrawals (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment) typically process within subject to verification. Bank transfers (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment) usually complete within 1-2 hours on business days; transfers initiated after 17:00 (5 PM) or on weekends may process the next business day. All withdrawals are subject to verification by our compliance team—if we detect an unusual pattern, we may request additional information and the withdrawal may be delayed. We do not accept withdrawals unless your account has completed KYC verification. Once approved, your withdrawal cannot be cancelled; the funds will arrive in your payment account. If your withdrawal is denied due to verification failure, the balance is returned to your jptoto account immediately.

Games and markets
